Yesterday went better than expected. Drummy McSheen is evolving faster than I had hoped. Unlike Pugly, who has limitations of the flesh, Drummy was the hybrid of another hooman I found called "Nik" who looked a bit like a potato, and what the hoomans call a "computer". I would've preferred something more advanced but still, this allows for the absorption of knowledge thru mechanical connections and therefore: advancement. The fusing of machine and flesh is working better than I had anticipated. His skills improve with impressive speed and I feel if the body evolves along with the mind eventually it will be able to speak. This creature will evolve into the ultimate hooman/machine hybrid, capable of astounding percussive feats. He will be the squishy round little machine child whose head I would rub my face on. But I would not hug him too tight for fear he would bite me. Except he has no teeth….yet.
